Well, the Greens & the Views has held value a lot better than Discovery Gardens. The new towers are currently selling approx 15-25% under the OSP, Discovery is 50-60% under OSP. The Greens & Views,. IMO is a much nicer area than Disco, far, far better facilities (Disco has none) better common areas, nicer community feel etc, so i suppose it depends what they are looking for lifestyle-wise. Marina and Mirdiff i cant comment on. No 'hidden' costs that we experienced. Only mortgage, utilities, and Annual service fees (amount per sq. ft.)

A friend of mine is looking to buy an apartment here(1or 2 bed).They come to dubai about 3 times a year. They prefer to let the apartment when they are not using it. what are the best area to look at (value for money).as they are not looking to invest alot of money here. Greens D garden.... Marina any freehold in mirdiff area any hiden cost? Thanks
