of course it helps : ) i am so happy to get your reply. all sounds god to me! especially since i am a newish mom, and really want a place with a nice gym and my fav. a nice pool for laps, (and the sauna/ steam rooms sound like a fantastic bonus! ) of course i will have a look when i can but its nice to hear from someone who actually lives in the building, as you know about all the little quirks, which can be a surprise after one moves into a place here.

Hi Julz I've been here about a month now & have to say I loved the quality of the finishing compared to some of the buildings I saw (& I saw alot in Marina!). Positives - Gym including steam & sauna room Concierge & Security are great Maintanenace (overall!) Location - 5 mins walk to Marina walk plus carrerfour & spinneys Taxi's easy to get Easy to direct people - next to Marriott in Marina Views from recreation area & gym Negatives - Not many people here yet (hence the sales pitch lol) Brand new so naturally some teething problems but maintenance company seem on the ball Can still be abit like a building site - for example, the lifts still have cardboard & wrapping. Around 6pm all the local labourers congregate on the roads outside waiting to be picked up but I guess that's the same for all the buildings in the area around here Pool - a big pool with a gated off kids area and one jacuzzi. Good recreation but missing a BBQ area. Hope this helps! Sherry

i saw some rooms on dubizzle they looked pretty nice and before i go any further i though it would be nice to hear some feed back, i used to live in the 'emarr 6' towers, and i loved them, now i am living in business bay, and really want to go back to the marina... please let me know your opinions. :) opps i meant to put anyone in the title, sorry for all my misspelling, i am tying with one hand, lol, sleeping baby on the other arm `;) <em>edited by julzandrews on 11/07/2011</em>
