There was a dog roaming on the sandy side of al Qudra road this morning, Just by the fences at the back of Palmera 3 - white, very slim (but not underweight) very fast (must have some greyhound in him) and a collar (black or dark brown) - I tried to call him in but he ran away. He was obviously enjoying his freedom so I suspect he had escaped rather than anything more sinister. if you have lost your dog, check that area...
