HELP
I am making some plum sauce (Chinese) and i cut the recipe by 1/4 .... i just go to the part of adding the sugar and the ejiot that i am, forgot to cut the quantity and by the time i realised about 125 g (rather than 60g) was in the pot... .
can i rescue? (don't have any more plums or would just do another batch and add)...
Any ideas?
