Dumping cats in the greens

People please please stop dumping cats in the greens area, one of my friends feeds the colony alone with no help from anyone else. My friend also sterilises the cats that are dumped without being sterilised...My friend is so overwhlemed with the huge amount of pressure to maintain the colony and not to mention financially.
This is utterly irresponsible to dump cats, be kind and put your pets to sleep if you cant take them other than that be responsible and take them!!
Do I really need to remind you that pets are for life not for Christmas..What is wrong with some of you???
