Hi
Anyone had their Dyson vacuum cleaner repaired in Dubai. Or does anyone know where to start looking?
It is still working but some fittings are getting a bit loose. See if I can save it....:-)

I also had my Dyson repaired via Jumbo. I bought it brand new in France before I moved here and it was still in the box. I took it out and the engine blew! Apparently I was one of the rare cases where there is a problem with the motor. I brought it to Jumbo (no appt) and they delivered it to Dyson repair for free. It is a bit odd to be carrying it through the mall (MoE) but no other option. Dyson here worked with Dyson france to get me a new motor and didn't charge me for the repair. They were super and very quick about it once they got the motor.

hi there, Have recently dispatched mine to the service centre for Dyson which is in Jebel Ali. Dropped it into customer service desk at Jumbo in Mall of Emirates and they took it from there. Even if you didn't buy your Dyson in Jumbo, I think you can still send it to the service centre through them. I had a bit of a palaver as mine was still under warranty but didn't have my original invoice. Jumbo were very helpful in tracing it for me as I had bought it there. Good luck
