I have just noticed (when I went to use one) that my fine dining entertainer book is missing vouchers A57 thru to A64. Has anyone else found this or do I win the willy wonka gold chocolate bar? I have emailled the entertainer as no one is answering the phone now.

Update for amel123. They responded to my email the next morning asking me to call by offices. i rang and said this was not convenient and they delivered the missing vouchers by that night.

Our copy had pages missing last year. We got in touch with Entertainer office and they delivered a set of replacement vouchers to us.

And like you said, they weren't ripped out, it was bought sealed so obviously just bound incorrectly. If you do manage to get hold of anyone from head office, could you let me know? I wonder what they'll do to compensate...

These were bought sealed. Has been bound incorrectly somehow as no perforations that they have been taken out, just jumps pages. Only noticed because I went to pull one out and its not there. Hope they will get a new one to me tomorrow or email me the voucher I want to use.

If I remember rightly, they only started putting cellephane wrappers on the Entertainer books the last couple of years as lots of lovely people were stealing individual vouchers from the books in the shops! On another note we tried to use both the free bottle of wine voucher and a main course voucher at Segretto ( Madinat) and they wouldn't let us. So in previous years we have been able to use both vouchers in Blue Orange (Westin) and Al Dente ( Grand Millenium...but not in book this year).

If you can't contact them by email or 'phone, if you are able to, might be worth going to their office in Knowledge Village. Location is on their website. Or try Facebook. When I ordered two Fine Dining and one Family book on line, they only sent one Fine Dining plus the Family one. I didn't realise this until the courier had left. 'Phoned them and they sent another F.D. book the next day. No quibble whatsoever. <em>edited by amelia on 30/01/2012</em>
