Fly Dubai- Travel insurance policy for infants no documentation provided gggrrrrr
A little frustrated to say the least but has anyone ever had issues with Fly Dubai and travellers insurance for their little ones (under 2 years old) ?
Will be travelling with Fly Dubai and have bought travellers insurance for all passengers but on the insurances certificate the infants are not listed. Fly Dubai claim this is because they are free but they are covered. In the event of an emergency while overseas I need some form of documentation stating that they are covered but no one in the company or Travel Guard (the insurance company) can provide me with any form of documentation. The littles ones are the most important people to have insurance in the first place... gggrrrrrrr
Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if so what was the outcome? I did do a search and nothing came up.
