Hi, I am not 100% sure about the studio's but i assume it would be the same as the one bedroom apartments which only come with a fridge/freezer..as the are 'unfurnished'. You would have to buy a cooker and washing machine etc...hope that helps edited by Miss_dxb on 29/01/2012

JVC is very close to JLT. It takes about 15 minutes to reach there and shorter if when all the gates/roads will be completed. The apartments or villas are generally bigger than the ones in JLT or Marina and it is safe as there are security guards in each building. It is a nice area but still under construction, so, planning a nice walk around the area will need to be postponed in 1 or 2 years from today. Good luck to your friend.

She will be working between JLt and Jebel Ali Industrial area. Anyone living in JVC in a studio? Is the kitchen equiped? Can you share your feelings about the area. Is it safe for a single lady? How many minutes does it take to reach JLT?
