Hi Ladies

Just wondered if any of you know how to get a small business valued in Dubai without it costing the earth? Second question is how to find a possible buyer for a 50% share of a very strong fitness company?
Thanks in advance

Yes sure as long as you are using EBITDA rather than Net profit for the calculation.

If you wanted a very rough estimate you could multiply the average of the last 3 years EBITDA by 4 and deduct any debt. This would give you a baseline to work from. If you want a more accurate version or more industry specific I would be happy to assist. Thanks Malawi70 most helpful...so just to get it correct in my head, if we for example made a profit of aed50,000 over 3 years and have no debt at all. Am I correct in saying rough estimate would be aed200,000 for the full business? Thanks again! I may come back to you regarding a better more accurate estimate....just trying to keep costs down.
