Read in the news that, behind under the monorail will be landscaped with children's play area, I read that nakeel has already started the work. In another article it said that all the shops has been sold, including Waitrose will be there eventually.
How much does it cost to buy the passes to use the facilities in shoreline right, like the beach club? Do you know?

We don't own an apartment but are renting and can answer some of your questions.
2) no facilities are available, there is 1 small pool which services 3 buildings. Although they are ready for use, ie. Full of water, we are not allowed to access.
3) parking can be purchased at an additional cost or you can rent them from the management. But I must say, they aren't particularly smart as they have spent a considerable sum on restricting access to car parks which are vacant rather than advising residents of the cost to rent and therefore have a further revenue stream for the owners association.
4) absolutely no way is beach access free, the cost varies depending on the time of year. Initially residents were offered at a discounted rate then it went up considerably.
5) we r in a 2 bed and the cooling is no more than 200 aed per month.
We do like it here as the finish in the apartment is great and they are large, the other residents are for the most part great, but if you have children there aren't many places for them to play.
Ladies those that own a property on GM, PJ. Saw couple apartments to buy on golden mile, but confused about conflicting information given by different agents. Can you guys help.
1) what's the service charge (some say it's 14 & some said it's 18 aed sqf) which is correct?
2) are there any facilities like gym, pool?
3) parking, heard that even 3 beds only come with 1 parking space, but some people seem to have 2, is it possible to buy one? If so how much does it costs?
4) the beach access on the shoreline right, is it free for golden mile residents? some agents say it's free and some say you have to buy a pass for 2500 dirhams for the year, is that right?
5) palm district cooling, do they have flat rate charge on top of your usage? If so how much for 3 beds?
