Hi all, can anybody recommend any good Sri Lankan restaurants? and give me the address/directions?

A Sri Lankan woman told me about Chef Lanka which I've found on Time Out but it has mixed reviews. She also mentioned a place in Bur Dubai called Panorama which I've not managed to find.

Any ideas?
