I think the 'Power to the people' doppelganger along with the poor grammar is quite a strong indication of the identity of the penman. And surely wanting to 'round them up' and then to 'stick them on the World Islands' makes the writer of the letter somewhat of a hypocrite.

It was hilarious!!!! Obviously needs therapy to vent out the anger and frustration of not having any homehelp. I was thinking about offering my two homehelps...one to wipe his/her bum and the other to flush the chain. (Tongue in cheek). God not everyone is cruel and thoughtless to their staff!! Obviously not living on planet Earth...there are always two sides of every story and I know that as many difficult employers (sponsors) are, there are just as many difficult and dishonest employees!!! Live and let live. Besides, when my fridge door doesn't close....I may just move some things around in there abit... What the heck is wrong with living in Jumeirah?

The bit that makes me laugh is the post from the member who always comments on these letters and is less than nice about the people here - yet this seems to be the first place she comes when she wants something if her number of posts are anything to go by. Hypocrite that she is. I'd just laugh the 7days letter off - the person who wrote it obviously has such a bee in her bonnet about maids that it renders her incapable of following of thread and understanding whats been said. Its true there's none so so blind as those who won't see. And I know some think the frying pan was really of no consequence but it must have hurt for Ginnee to have it re-inforced once again that she had a lying, cheating, stealing, scheming coniving cow living under her roof. edited by DesertRose1958 on 06/01/2011 Yes that is exactly why I because peeved at the end, it wasnt a matter of a bl00dy frying pan, but rather that it reinforced our belief that it was all planned from the beginning. I didn't misunderstand at all! Sadly that was due to the OP not giving the reasoning behind the ban, which later came to light and was understandable. But it was the fact that the ban was put in place BEFORE any other action was being considered. I wasn't the only one to think that was wrong.Jules, you did misunderstand, because you did not know the reason, but yet you voiced a strong opinion and kept on reminding us that the maid was a human being all the while forgetting that their is a procedure to follow in these cases. The first of which is to place a travel ban.
