I really want to make a bubble-themed cake- and I can't find a video on how to make sugar bubble. From the how-tos I've seen so far, it looks like you need a heat lamp and/or constant tempering to make sure it stays warm- is it really hard?
Also, I've never worked with fondant before- is it possible to make bubble- shapes with them? Will they hold up shape if I wrap up a squished cupcake?
