Can you personally recommend any insurance companies that your relatives (over 80 years old) have used. Saga is the obvious one but doesnt seem to have very good reviews. Some are ssooo restrictive! Recommendations please!

Forgot to say, Saga is very expensive and when my Mother enquired it was more trouble than it was worth due to some minor health problems.

My Mother uses the Post Office travel insurance, that was the best deal! Also have a look at websites like moneysupermarket for best quotes.
