I havent been to Ibn Battuta for ages and I know they were changing the middle bit where that cafe/chocolate place was, is it still there or been moved?

That's a shame I quite liked it as it was, the thing is they had a prime spot but the service was just always so terrible, but I did like there food and it was nice not having t go to the food court.

The new play area is really horrible, very tacky looking. Starbucks will lose out; might be nice for parents whose kids are in the play area but for anyone wanting a nice, relaxing coffee, the play area ruins it. There was also another play area in the China court. It's a good idea to have more areas for children in the mall especially down that end but they should be properly designed and set up, like those in Mirdiff CC

They have childrens toys there instead - like bouncy castles or something like that. It really spoils the look of the place :-(
