we're furnishing a 2BR apartment with a balcony. i'd greatly appreciate any tips on the SALE "pattern" here. looked at ID design, marina, homes r us, crate & barrel, pottery barn, homecentre (trying to steer clear off ikea), maison chic dubizzle ... want to spend wisely so pls advise when is a good time to buy.
