We have been offered a 4 bed villa with pool on Springs 6 by a friend but are hoping to get our children into the new GEMS school in DSO. Having never even visited Dubai, can anyone tell me whether this is a realistic journey everyday?

We wouldn't be able to afford a similar villa anywhere else but it the journey worth it?

23-25mins driving 110-120km/h. I imagine you'd be paying around 150k for a 4 bed plus private pool, you can get a nice 3/4 bed villa in silicon oasis for around that price with community pool. Drive would be around 3 mins to the school and its a nice quiet community.

I do that journey everyday but the opposite way round it's 20 min .. Wouldn't reccomemd the journey with real little ones ... Easy drive and no traffic. Have u considered living in DSO, so much better then the springs the houses are new and not falling apart like the ones I'n the springs, have local shops swimming pools and bigger houses for your money in DSO.
