I have mine over 20 years so make up of pans are probably different from ones made today.
Re read the instructions again in case you may need to do anything to them again. Generally pans need to be seasoned and maybe do so 2 times.
Mine are not non stick so I do need to stir frequently. I use saucepans mainly for boiling of veg or making soup .
I've just purchased new pans and find that no matter how low the heat is (gas) they still stick, has anybody else had problems with these pans sticking?
