Hi all,

I am leaving the country with my husband and 4 month old baby at the end of the week and someone mentioned that we need an exit visa for the baby. Is this true? We have his British passport already.

Not long after we return I am going to Australia on my own with the baby. I believe I need an NOC from my husband to exit the country. Again, is this true.

If anyone can shed any light onto this matter I would greatly appreciate it!

Carrie.

As QF said, if your baby has a visa, no exit pass is needed. I've travelled with my small children on my own as have never been asked for a NOC.

Does the baby have a residence visa in passport? In which case you need nothing, can exit and enter no problem. Best to go to immigration and speak with them is still concerened.
