Hi there! I am interested in hearing from people who live in the Springs or have friends who live there to give me your opinion of life in the Springs. I have just found a villa in Springs 11 and it seems like it would be an ok place to live. I would love to hear any advice or opinions.

I know Springs 1+2 are meant to be the nicest butnthere are no properties available within my price range.

We're in Springs 11 and love it. 2 pools just around the corner, park for the kids, a nice lake to exercise around and very friendly neighbours. Traffic is absolutely fine now that the traffic lights are working.

We're in Springs and the traffic is fine! Plus they've finally opened up the four lane road now, so it's much easier. Traffic lights also mean that you can turn left and right at intersections at last. The construction work is ugly, but the traffic is absolutely fine. The worst place is around the Greens roundabout, but that's only a 5 min process at worst.

Well that's great to hear. I'm mostly concerned about all that I hear about traffic in and out of the place. But it seems that once you're in, you're walking distance to lakes and green spaces. Although-- I haven't seen a lot of people walking around. I assume that's because it's JULY!!
