Maid CV and other recommendations to find a maid
Hello
I have started the process to hire a full time maid in Dubai. I have been here for 5 years but always worked with part time maids hired through agencies.
I have heard a lot of horror stories about maids/nannies here and I am a bit scared about the whole process (especially because we have a baby on the way and we need to maid to help me once I go back to work so a lot is at stake). I have asked my friends for recommendations but not much coming from that end.
Does anybody have any ideas of where I could go to find reliable maids here? I found a web portal called http://www.maidcv.com/ where you can actually see the profile and a quick video interview of the maids. Has anybody used this portal? is it reliable?
Any suggestions are welcome. We are not in a huge hurry but I would like to have someone on board before the baby arrives in mid June.
