I've just moved to Springs and need some maintenance done in my villa. Are all the villa's under contract with Emrill? What is the number to phone them?

Dear in 2006 I've been almost foirced to use Emrill (the only one by Emaar) They were not very bad... I thought sometime the teams were really tired...something good...something not good ....as usual, always and with all companies. Then I used farnek...not bad. 2 y back I've signed with Tool time; they had a "transition period" as they fully changed management and some problem mainly due to some staff very "...unpolite and unprofessional " , thinking only to personal profit....you can well understand what I mean. masch'allah they started to get rid of them !!! I never had problem before, and I can tell you that in these past months Tool Time has improved so much. Professional, serious and ....reliable!!!! you can call Tool Time at [b'>800 88 free number[/b'> if you wish I've been contacted by the old unscrupulous staff , they have now similar business,( they took all clients'list from Tool Time database ) ...just to reconfirm what I said above...and they are calling clients saying bad things about Tool Time to push the clients to sign contract with them...they have no experience and no resources....and very bad attitude...

Yeah, i am pretty anti-them since they pretty much wrecked the AC in our house when the thermostat went, and rather than fix it they just bodged it till it broke completely. And then when it wasn't cooling anymore at all (as it was burn out from the last 'repair' they did) they sent 4 guys round who held up a piece of toilet tissue to the vent and said 'working' and left! Yeah, cheers! Various other things too, was really happy to be out of that place so we didnt have do deal with them anymore. But im sure other people have great experiences, i guess it just luck at the end of the day.

I've had no issues with Emril myself, they've always come when they said they would, prepared quotes when asked and done a pretty good job.

I wouldnt write a whole company off over one forgotten phone call, but thats just me :-) I've had nothing but great service from them. Their guys are actually trained, can answer all my questions on why things arent working (i need to know these things!), always turn up on time, are very polite and speak great English. Plus i would make as many phone calls as i had to if it meant not having to deal with Emrill's general buffoonery ever again! Of course you are welcome to call whomever you please - there are plenty of good recommendations on this site.

Thanks, it's funny you think Jim Will Fix It are good, I phoned them in my last place and was so excited to deal with an Englishman who seemed to think he could fix it. I sent him the photos he requested to prepare the quote and never heard back from him! So I think their service is just as bad as everyone else's they are just hiding behind their accents!

You need to check with your landlord if they have a maintenance contract, and if so, who with. If they do, you just use whoever it is. If they dont, you just call anyone you like. Although, as an aside, i wouldnn't touch Emrill with a 10-foot pole! Jim Will Fix It are great for general maintenance. Hope this helps.
