Message for Events @ EW
I have sent a few emails regarding a problem with buying tickets on line. Done them through the website and also as an independent email but have not heard anything from you so don't know if there is a problem somewhere.
I went through the process of ordering tickets on line through the website, entered all necessary bank details and then a message said 'transaction failed' but, when I was checking my bank statement, I found that on the 21st October the money for the tickets was debited to my account so the application must have been successful.
I would just like to know how I get the tickets please.
