Has anyone done the trip from Dubai to Musandam (and back of course!)?
Did you stay for a few days? Where did you stay?
Is it "baby friendly"?

If you search the archives - you'll get more info, but we just got back and it was great! Baby friendly? ummm, depends on how old the baby is. If he/she is not mobile yet, maybe. But crawling or walking, it would probably be a lot of work for you because the dhow doesn't have rails or anything to keep the little ones contained. My three and four year old toddlers loved it though. We used Khasab tours and did the half day tour - staying at the Golden Tulip in Khasab is the most convenient b/c it's about 2 minutes away from the tour company. We stayed in Ras al Khaimah (I think the Golden Tulip was full or something?? Don't know why we didn't stay there.). We had to drive to Khasab the morning of the trip which was totally do-able, but not ideal. And if there would have been a long line at the border, we would have missed our trip.
