Help!
They (shipping Company from USA) shipped the mandatory paperwork (Bill of Lading) to our Stateside mailing address knowing full-well we needed the Documentation in the Middle East to receive our freight. Now our freight just sits in the port while we wait for our Documents.

Is DHL the best option or is there anyone else?

We are working on that idea now... cranky guy at Port wants email from the States stating the Documents exist and were in fact mailed to the wrong address. We have copies already. Now, we need this email and 1000dhs fine... that may be released after we show up with the original documents. Thank you for responding.

I would go with - FedEx or DHL. But it isn't really "overnight" as it can take 2 days to deliver. Can you get them to fax a copy of the paperwork over to you along with the copy of the courier receipt so that you can present it at the port to get things moving??
