Need help fighting Green Crescent insurance.
We have Green Crescent Gold insurance and in May I met with Dr. Michelle Champlin at Dubai Podiatry for a consultation about a toenail I needed removed. I paid out of pocket and then claimed the consult with my insurance. They paid the claim. In June I had the toenail removed at just over 5,000 dhs out of my pocket and completed the paperwork and put in for the claim. After months of battling Green Crescent they have denied me again for the toenail removal saying Dr. Champlin is "alternative medicine" and therefore won't pay the claim. DH has showed them documents from the Dubai government showing she is a registered doctor in Dubai and reminded them they paid the consult but month after month they keep denying the claim for the procedure.
Anyone know what else to do to get this claim through?
