Do you know if this is just a standard service they provide that could be done under a generic appointement? There is no mention of it on the website and I wasn't sure whether it fitted in under attestations, notary services or other gov services.

Alternatively, does anyone know how to get to speak to a person rather than the automated telephone system at the US consulate. Day 3 of trying and still no luck.
