OSN box - can't switch it off or change channels

Today I have only been able to turn the tv to channel 1. I've tried unplugging the box, but as soon as I plug it back in, the box switches straight back onto a green light...won't even stay 'off' with a red light. After 'loading portal' it won't move from channel 1!!! I have plugged our old box in too, and the same thing happens...can anyone else tell me if they are having problems today :-)
