In the FC, there is a photo shop right across from Hyper Panda. There is a photo shop on the ground floor of the Arabian Center (Mizhar, but practically Mirdif) very close to Lulu. I am not sure of the exact location of a photo shop in the MCC but I'd be willing to bet that one exists there too. Good luck!
