Please remmber i am a removed party in all this Just spoke with someone who drove thru the area and she said everything looks normal. she figures if he was still missing there would be crowds in the area. I do NOT know the parents and even how to contact them. i hope to take this as no news is good news. i will update as soon as i hear any confirmed news. the police were alerted last night very quickly. I spoke to someone who works in the department last night and they said do NOT cal and ask as you will automaticcly be placed as a "person of interest" . was also told there are actually quite a few kidnapping cases of all age groups nos

Would it be a good idea to contact Radio 1 etc? At least they can get the message out there? There will be a reason why the media is not yet involved if he is infact still missing. Let's just sit tight and wait for any updates.

It may be that the child has returned home, I certainly hope so. If he was still missing, I would have thought it would have been broadcast on the radio by now, that way it reaches a wide audience.I'm sure the police now waht they are doing, after all, we don't know the full circumstances and there may be reasons why the media have not been alerted.

I really think until there is firm confirmation about this everyone should settle down. The OP needs to confirm the present situation, if the child is still missing the police will be involved and will not take kindly to outside interference, if they want help it would be all over the media by now asking for it. I agree the OP needs to confirm details but I think if there is really a missing boy then time is of the utmost importance and people walking around looking as they go about their normal days is not going to hurt in the slightest. I agree with that and feel sorry for every white western boy in red shorts called paul!

There is still nothing in the media. I've spoken to 7DAYS and they are trying to get details from the police to put on their site That still doesn't mean anything RL, until they speak with the police and the police confirm the situation no one knows. No one should underestimate the police here in these cases.

Or put her in contact with the family? I know some are skeptical about all this mediumship, I was too. But she has been in contact with me about my missing cat and just from seeing his photo, it's amazing how much information she has come up with. Good idea! Regardless of people's possible skepticism about this kind of stuff, if she came up with even the smallest piece of information then its worth it. I've told her all I could gather from this thread and she's headding out now. But obviously more info would be better. And a picture!
