Hi Ladies,
The entrance barrier for the residents in Springs 3 has now been out of action for 2 years or more! This means we all use the one entrance which causes long queues at times, with cars backed out on to the new highway they have just finished, which is being used as a racing track at the moment! It's an accident waiting to happen.
I have lodged a complaint with Emaar and the security guys say they have been complaining too, but the second barrier remains unfixed despite this. So, please call Emaar on 04 366 1688 or 800 Emaar to add your voice to the chorus, and hopefully they will act quickly to repair the barrier, and avoid a nasty accident.
