Hi Ladies

Some help please.....I need to find someone to service our pool twice a week. I have just been quoted 800 dhs per month, which seems outrageous as 18 months ago I was paying 300.

I don't have the contact details for the last guy, and I don't know of anyone else.

Can anyone help or comment on the quote we have had? I am in Al Warqaa 4 if that helps. :)

I highly recommend verifying that any service provider provides a trade license and that you check with the Department of Economic Development/Dubai Consumer rights, that the license has not expired, is valid for the the proposed services, and that there are no outstanding cases against them.

For my last two places I have used Belcare, part of Belhasa Projects. The cost depends on the size of the pool. My last one was average size and they charged me 400AED per month for two visits a week including chemicals. I now have a small pool on the terrace of my apartment in Exectutive Towers and they charge me 250 AED per month. Again, two visits including chemicals.
