I am not 100% sure but I do not think you particularly need a debenture to apply to JESS. Some companies have 'seats' where they have priority but if you apply to JESS and get a place then you pay for the debenture and get it back when your child leaves. I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong but that was the way it worked when my kids were there. Further to that I would recommend Jebel Ali Primary, DESS, and Star Um Sequiem in no particular order. Good luck.

Hi ladies I'm looking to register my son into 3 schools for FS1 academic yr 2014-2015. I cannot apply to schools like JESS as i do not have a debenture, but after loads of research i've discovered there are other really good options. All the registration fees are astronomical, so i want to make sure the 3 schools i put his name down for are excellent. I need help on narrowing down my choice of schools! I'm not concerned about location, but more about the quality of the school and teachers. Please can you send me your top 3 recommendations of schools with an excellent reputation and/or that your children are happy and thriving at. Your advice will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance...
