I am searching for a new flat and there is one available here but before I commit I'd like to know a little bit more about what I am getting myself in for.
What are the facilities like both in and around the building and does the building have any issues (my last building had a really bad mold problem) that I should be aware of?
I need to be able to access SZR easily - will this be a problem especially around peak times?
Any information would be a huge help, I would hate to be living in another dud building.
