if the apartment will be sold anyone knows how long are the notice periods for the new owner if they don't want to renew our contract?
Our contract ends End September! We wanted to renew but what happens when new owner doesn't want it?

It could take anything between 1-2months to exchange contracts. It all depends if it's cash buyer and over here or someone who needs a mortgage etc. Given that Ramadan is coming up it might take bit longer.
Just over 1 week ago we heard from LL that he wants to sell, on weekend we had one viewing and yesterday a call from Agent, that a person paid a deposit. He wants to buy apartment.
Has anyone an idea how long the procedure takes here in Dubai?
