My DH and I have decided to head down to RERA to see what we can do about this mess. Can anyone tell me where they're located ?

They aren't answering the phone and I checked the website ...

Guiness, it is on level 1 of the Lands Department building in Diera. When you get to the reception area on the L1 (?) landing of the stairs, turn right and it is just inside that door. There is no system, you will need to approach someone at a workstation. If they can't talk to you at the time, they will ask you to sit in one of the black chairs in the waiting area opposite and call you when they're ready. The only concern I have is that it will be after 2.30pm when you get there, so they may have left for the day. I'm still unsure as to what RERA's role is, when we lodged our complaint, they noted something in arabic on a form and sent me on to the Rent Committee in the Municipality Building. The form has never been referred to again.
