I have a question! if i used shop and ship to bring swimwear or any other apparel from the states when i receive them here will there be any customs charges?

You will pay customs only if your purchase is above 250$..

I have just received my first delivery via S&S from the US, it was a Kindle from Amazon and I didn't pay any customs charges, only the delivery (105AED, kindle and cover paid directly to Aramex) Hope this helps!
