Sponsoring a maid, Very confused.... :(
Hello Ladies,
Please I would like to understand the right way to get this document - "Affidavit from embassy/consulate certifying non-relationship, if maid from same country".
I am sponsoring a maid form my home country Nigeria and this is one of the requirements. I have however received conflicting information about what this document really is and who should be attesting it.
Please advise, on if I should be doing this affidavit from Nigeria and getting attested in the UAE embassy in Nigeria or if I should be doing the affidavit in Dubai and getting it attested in the Nigeria embassy/consulate in UAE.
Does any one also know if there is a Nigeria consulate in Dubai, I have see the address and contact of the office in Abu Dhabi. Called severally, no one picked up.:(
Please I need some urgent responses ladies as flight was already booked for next week.
