And avoid swimming after you have had your spray! Do you mean directly after, or after full stop? As in if I get a spray tan, can I not go in the pool until it's completely faded? :( I got my spray done on Thursday for a party on the Friday, went swimming (pool) on Saturday afternoon and it was very patchy (and embarrasing) when I got out of the pool......

Shave, scrub, exfoliate, pay special attention to elbows and ankles. Dont shower for 8 hours after having spray tan and when you do shower slather on body moisturiser :-)
