First time to post as a newbie to the site :-) My husband and I are looking to move to the Springs, as finally getting a villa after 5 years in an apartment. We wanted to find out what are the best areas of the Springs to live in and what are the pros and cons, any advice would be very welcome! :)

I think the villas are not nice at all they are falling apart and have dated bathrooms n kitchens. We lived there for two years when we first moved here.if we had to live there I'd choose a springs house up near the golf club like springs 1 and 2 as they haven't been ruined by that big road they have just built. Also have u looked at al ghaedeer spelling ? They are small houses like the springs but are new and are much nicer,u get to them through the lakes ... Just ask security they will direct u .
