Most of these things are benign. If its soft and can move it around a bit its more than likely a lipoma, not to be confused with a lymphona, a lipoma is basically a harmelss fatty tumor that is completely benign. So if you can answer yes to all these questions- Is it soft? Can you move it around at all? Is it painless? You most likely have nothing to worry about but[b'> do [/b'>see a doctor of course.

Go to the doctor, probably a benign cyst but you need a medical opinion not anonymous diagnoses from people you don't know and who don't know you. Second that. See a doc for something that type. 1 cm diameter is big. 1mm diameter scares me.
