My experience with maids is that it doesn't matter if she's young or old, married or single, Phillipino or Sri Lankan, experienced or inexperienced, etc. You will have issues with any type and you will be lucky if you get a good one. Very true..... Just be VERY clear from the start as to what you are offering, ie salary, accom, food ect go over it several times.... expect to have to go around and show them how to do things they way you want them done a few times (not there way) ALWAYS have a trail because you will clearly know whether you will get on before you waste your money, don't fall for all the sob stories... there are MANY..... Do not give loans.....Make it clear thet care not allowed to work for anyone else.... Be firm but nice .... Don't assume because they came with a glowing reference they will be that (mine was the worst) always treat things in a business way - what would you get from your boss/company.... if its outside of that then the answer is NO... and cross your fingers and hope for the best...
