Don't know about buying them for parts, but I always take my to Karama. If you come from the Shk Zayd Rd. and get off at the Trade Center R/A going towards the new Etisalat Building/Park on your right, go thru the next intersection which has Sana Fashions on the corner towards Bur Juman. The next actual road after that intersection (not the slip road), turn right and go to the next intersection. Turn right again. There are a couple (if not more) tv repair shops that have always done a good job for me at a reasonable cost. Hope this helps.
