Hello ladies, we tried to reset the pump (pushing the red button on the pump) it goes on for a few seconds but it switches off again. Water is coming in but toooooo slooooow, we can only take a bath after leaving the faucet trickling for an hour!

Is there something I've missed?

We are in Palmera 4.

Thanks

I have the same problem from time to time, but just continue to switch the pump on and off repeatedly (usually counting to 10 between switching off andback on again) until I get the pressure rising again. I have to watch it for a minute or so to check the pressure doesn't drop again. If it does I start over again. I have had the maintainence guys out repeatedly but as it's an intermmittant fault they can seem to sort it :-( Thank you...will try that tomorrow.....

Try actually turning the power off then on again, instead of just resetting it. I tried that too....the same thing happens, it stays on for five seconds then switches off again.... Is the water meter that little gauge on the pump??? It shows near zero....

Hi, Had same trouble a few month ago, best thing to do is changing the water pump and check your water meter every day. If you have to turn on the red button every hour, it will drive you crazy after a while, especially when you have to give a bath to yr children and suddenly no more water.... Can't not really confirm if this trouble was linked to our water leakage some weeks later but we got a bill of 18000dhs for the water ARG argg Hth
