We got a really good deal through Cobone for a villa at the Desert Palm hotel up near Dragon Mart for my bday, it was fab and would definitely suit a gathering. We were in a 2 bed one with a private pool and it's a completely separate villa with parking, but then you step out of the back door and you're straight into the hotel, bliss! We didn't have a party, although friends did visit us in the day, but the layout of the villa seems very geared up for a party and it's got a super modern kitchen and you take everything you need with you.
