Water pressure - Springs

Not sure if you ladies will be able to help but in the past month to 6 weeks the water pressure in our villa in the SPrings has reduced dramatically and for no reason! Before then, the water pressure was great (apart from eg if the shower and sprinklers were going at the same time) but now the water pressure has dropped dramatically and we cannot figure out why...?
Anyone have any ideas please?
TIA

Hi Jillp, Thank you for that. Really stupid question but where is your pump? The pump is in the cupboard in the garage area. There is an electrical switch screwed to the wall at the side.

It's probably your pump thats the problem. If I have that trouble I go and switch off the pump for a minute or two and switch it on again (I sometimes have to do it a few times before the pressure improves). HTH
