So my community garbage collectors don't take bags of cut grass, we pay our gardener extra to take away our garden rubbish, I go out this morning and there are two massive bags of cut grass outside my house, my grass is still uncut, but my neighbors looks freshly cut.... Now my gardener doesn't come and collect it either, so I'm assuming I'm going to have 2x bags of cut grass sitting outside my house for a while unless it gets removed... do I talk to the neighbors (although I'm not 100% sure its from their house) Do I talk to the neighbors gardener, or call security? What would you do... we have this problem all the time.... bags of grass magically appear beside out bucket although we have no grass!! Security is a waste of time, if they didnt actually see them placing the bags there they wont do anything. My DH (rightly or wrongly) place the bags at the edge of the pavement (and makes a big show of doing it!!) and the bags magically dissapear as quickly as they arrived.

Call security - let them deal with it.
