I have not actually physically found any but when I called Dubai Mall branch they said they had a few bottles left- ( dhs 144 for 60 tabs). You could try there :) Being Dubai I don't count my chickens in advance!

I only took Valerian for about a week, it worked progressively less well for me each night and then caused nausea so I gave up. You can find it here so no need for anyone to bring that over specially. I would suggest you try the natural tablets in Boots first, they are mild but gave me no groggy side effects at all, perhaps that would help you, I forget the name of them, but they are in a white box on the health supplements shelf. I will try to check the name for you next time I am there.

Sorry Di, what and where is P & S? sorry Park & Shop, (on the Wasl Road) you could try Valarian as an alternative or there are some tablets in Boots that are a natural aid for sleep. All these herbal things can work differently on different people, for me Melatonin is fine and works a treat with no groggyness but Valarian does not work as well and tends to give me nausea sometimes. Anyway it seems we cannot get it anymore now for some strange reason.

I bought melatonin here about 2 years ago and Im sure it was in the big pharmacy beside Carrefour in Mall of Emirates. It helped a little but I found it made me seriously groggy and found it very difficult to get a clear head the next day.....

Don't know ,but in FLY Dubai plane they are selling somenthing on board to help you sleep ... Or you could try to wakeup every day around 6 AM regardles of how many hours or what time you slept, it may probaly regulate your sleep .
