Where to buy a reasonably priced oven and hob for fitted kitchen

Hi Ladies

Just moved into an apartment only to find the fitted kitchen has a gaping hole where the oven and hob should be! I've been to a few home appliances stores but can only seem to find super expensive ones: 2000 dhs+ for oven and 1500 dhs+ for hob. I don't really want to pay 3500 dhs to fit out a rented apartment! I'd much rather spend that in the sales ;)

Any ideas Ladies as to where I can find a cheaper alternative? Preferably electric cooker and gas hobs. Any help would be much appreciated as dubizzle searches just bring up apartments that already have an oven fitted! Brilliant!

Thanks Sam7. It is a separate gap for the oven and hob so unfortunately the all in one oven-hobs won't work, we need two separate pieces. Thanks for your help :)

Hi LCHD, not sure quite what space you have in your apartment, and if you have one space for the oven, and a separate gap elsewhere on the benchtop for the hob, or if you're looking for a free-standing type all-in-one arrangement? Either way, if you go to Dubizzle, Classifieds, Home Appliances, Large Appliances/white goods, it gives you a few pre-loved options (appliances only, no apartment included, lol). Carrefour and Geant also offer good deals on large appliances (quite a bit cheaper than specialised appliance stores :-) edited by Sam7 on 25/07/2011
